Short Story - 938 Words

Once upon a time animals could talk. When god gave Adam and Eve the privilege to roam around the garden and to eat off any tree except for the tree with the apples, he gave animals the same privilege except for, he gave them something extra. God gave animals the right to talk and walk, but under one condition, he said â€Å"You disobey me once then I take one of your privileges away†. All the animals were good and respectful to God and obeyed all his wishes except for one which was Mace the monkey. Mace the monkey felt like he didnt have to listen to anyone but himself, he didnt want anyone controlling him, Mace wanted to take gods spot so he tried to think of a plan on how he could do so. Mace came up with his master plan to take over†¦show more content†¦God came back to see how everybody was doing, he stopped and talked to everybody so when he stopped at our group he greeted everyone, he said â€Å"hey everybody how is everyone holding up?† Mace decided to get a little disrespectful, so he said, â€Å" that is none of your business† god was a little taken back so he said â€Å"excuse me Mr. Mace† thats when Tremaine stepped in and said â€Å" You heard my partner, he said thats none of your business† God stared at the group for a minute or two he†d realized what they were trying to do because Tremaine the snake and the rest of his group has never disrespected him and he figured Mace was behind all of this so he stayed quiet because he was working up a plan himself so he just walked away. Mace and the group were a little taken back because they didnt expect for him to just walk away. The plan was to get Swiper do all the dirty work and Lenny to convince everyone to be on their side, but what they didnt know was that God was one step ahead of them. Little did Mace and his posse know, god had already talked to all the animals and told them to play along with whatever their plan was and thats what they did. God felt bad because he knew that he had to take punish them, he loved all his animals but they betrayed him. Maces punishment was way worse than the others because he was the mastermind of all of this and when he punished one he had to all the animals.
